Medium 1

KHPO4. 3H2O 1; sucrose 10 and Czapek concentrate 10 mL. Czapek concentrate contained (g/100 mL), NaNO3 30; KCl 5; MgSO4.7H2O 5; FeSO4.7H2O 0.1 [19].

Medium 2

(NH4)2SO4 10, MgSO4·7H2O 10, NH4H2PO4 10, orange bagasse 20, distilled water 1000 mL [20].

Medium 3

(NH4)2SO4 10, MgSO4·7H2O 10, NH4H2PO4 10, citrus pectin 20, distilled water 1000 mL [21].

Medium 4

(NH4)2SO4 10, MgSO4·7H2O 10, NH4H2PO4 10, a mixture of wheat bran 10 and orange bagasse 10 (1:1), distilled water 1000 mL [20].

Medium 5

(NH4)2SO4 10, MgSO4·7H2O 10, NH4H2PO4 10, wheat bran 20, distilled water 1000 mL [20].
